Tenax Italian Credit Fund » Introduction

The Tenax Italian Credit Fund ("TICF") is a credit fund with an investment strategy focusing on orginating and acquiring loans and bonds for Italian small and medium enterprises (SMEs), trying to achieve an high degree of downside protection and reduced volatility.  TICF invests exclusively in debt instruments typically in the form of senior secured bonds, with an average maturity between 3 and 5 years.

If eligibility criteria are met, TICF investments can also benefit from the European Investment Fund’s InnovFin SME guarantee facility.

TICF is a closed ended vehicle financed by long term commitments from major institutional anchor investors.  The fund is authorised and supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland and is domiciled in Ireland.  TICF is managed by Tenax Capital Limited ("Tenax") which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
